don't make course zipfile #41

I think having the zip created every time we make a commit could eventually lead to some issues. This way the zip is created but not committed. Once we are finished with content we can turn this back on?

Seems smart to me. We could also only conditionally run it when we create a release (though maybe we only do the release after the course?)

Good idea. I think I'll keep it simple for now but will make an issue. I think your suggestion is a good one.
