I made a few minor edits to chapter 01.

Challenge 5 is now to install dplyr and ggplot 2, removing gapminder.
I was planning to do challenge 1 in the 'main room' and then 2 - 5 in the breakout room.

No edits to chapter 02. Likely all the challenges to be done at once in the breakout rooms (at the end).
