Manually updated dependencies to the latest version. Left client dependencies as is because it is not being used.
Updated winston-cloudwatch implementation.

yes for server only. skipped the client since the FE is not being used. if the FE breaks due to an update, I don't want to spend on fixing it.

Makes sense. I am making a PR to delete client code in the future.
