OCM - Communication out to local gov partners (municipalities) re decommissioning OneStop, ACBC & Modernizing SP & GP Filings - due Feb 28/Mar 1

Advise Local Governments that:

• SP & GP registration will be moved to a modernized app; other maintenance filings and search will also be available
• OS registration and ACBC address change flows will be decommissioned this spring - at the same time.
• impact to them: advise that the information currently provided in OS, specifically, info they receive (Business Licence info: BLIPs) will be discontinued
• make them aware of API services and dates for upcoming info sessions
• ask them to send their questions and comments to the engagement mailbox or let's use a google form to capture this. this will help identify any possible issues/questions in advance. Let them know we'll use review the questions/comments, then schedule a session with everyone in the near future.

pls coordinate and confirm plan with Dwayne Gordon. Ensure Linda and Kaine are aware.
