More breadcrumbs on uber and my business registry

• [x] Update/coordinate ENV variables updates for REGISTRY_HOME_URL BCROS marketing page urls (for now anyway): Dev = https://yfthig-dev.web.app/ Test = https://www.bcregistry.daxiom.ca/ Prod = https://www.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/

1) On the Uber BC Registries dashboard: when the user clicks my business registry tile they will be redirected to the My Business Registry dashboard

2) Business Registry Breadcrumbs:

• on the My Business Registry dashboard page and all lower level business app pages (create/edit/filing etc)

The top level of the breadcrumb currently displays BC Registries Home but should be renamed and linked to the Uber dashboard (if logged in as basic or premium) or Staff dashboard (if BC Reg/BCOL staff) or SBC Staff Uber dashboard. The staff one is already there.

Top level in business registry breadcrumb should now be:

• [x] Create UI
• [x] Edit UI
• [x] Auth Web

a) For Non-Staff Users: breadcrumb link text will be "BC Registries Dashboard" - links to their BC Registries Uber Dashboard (in same browser window)

b) For SBC Staff Users: breadcrumb link text will be "Staff Dashboard" - links to their SBC version of the BC Registries Dashboard (in same browser window)

c) For BC Reg/BCOL Staff Users: breadcrumb link text will be "Staff Dashboard" - links to their Uber Staff Dashboard (in same browser window)

3) Account page link updates:

• [x] Auth Web Account pages

a) Account Change "Manage Businesses" link/arrow to take users back to their respective Uber/Staff BC Registries Dashboard -

• Scott said we can just go with the same generic link text "Go to My Dashboard" for all users for MVP
• ~link text should be "BC Registries Dashboard" for non-staff users~
• ~link text should be "Staff Dashboard" for staff/SBC staff users~

b) Edit Profile - change the back arrow and "Cancel" button to take users to their respective Uber/Staff BC Registries Dashboard

Future work: I brought this up with @jyoti3286 to add to the BC Logo relationship ticket: If the user logs in from the business marketing page (log in button in header or the yellow log in button), we should also redirect them to their uber/staff registries dashboard now instead of sending them to their My Business Registry page. (so it works like BCROS and PPR marketing pages will)

@cameron-freshworks @lmcclung seems like there is a bug in the Staff Dashboard that links staff to the My Business Registry page for the account vs the Account info page (which is the expected behaviour). But this does create a bit of confusing breadcrumb for Staff on the My Business Registry Page. They currently see the client breadcrumb there (we don't actually have a Staff view of this page but maybe we should...) Current page staff see when they select Manage account from the Staff Dashboard:

I don't think this is a bug for @cameron-freshworks ticket here since once the dashboard bug is fixed staff won't be able to get to this page - just an FYI that staff might wonder what's going on here.
