draft email for SDPR regarding new account invitations and what we normally say to these type of issues ie: • Initial Ministry communication started October 4th • Here are all the information packages for account set ups and available information • BC Online had this information on its front page for … time • Specifically for SDPR, they were screenscraping our system. There isn’t any MOU of indication that this was happening to registries but it should have been flagged when the comms went out that PPR was being decommissioned and on the BCOL site…
Background:
there is some confusion at SDPR over the new account invitations. This is another example of the recipients at SDPR being unaware of the setup process and thinking it’s a phishing attempt.
someone should follow up with the account contact at SDPR regarding communications.
