TINGS

[ ] (VERIFY) after amalgamation, TINGs are set to historical
[ ] VERIFY: historical status says "HISTORICAL - Amalgamation [effective date]" or something like that, need designs
[ ] Add something on the tombstone (some kind of data that can go over to Orgbook!!) that indicated it was "amalgamated into: [corp number of TED] [corp name of TED]"
[ ] Disable all filings on the TINGs (keep business summary enabled)

TED

[ ] New ledger, with outputs, note on ledger stating what the TINGs were
