~This ticket encapsulates the implementation of the following feature that was originally covered in #9246. There is much effort required to achieve this feature and thus it has been dissociated from the other ticket.~

~Given the user had created a draft registration that includes business references (proprietor/partner). When the user returns to the draft registration at a later time, the system must check to see if the business information has been updated in OrgBook. If yes, the UI must indicate to the user that there has been an automatic update so that the user can be brought up to date with the content of the draft registration.~

• Realistically, the user filing DBA or GP would know to update the address of the referred business prop/partner if it has changed since saving a draft.
• The user has the chance to review in full what they're filing in step 3.
• The user can file a change filing right after if need be for free.

Based on the above reasoning, the team has decided to not pursuit this feature.
