PROD Firewall for LTSA #11610

AC (tasks)

[ ] Need a static IP which thor will set up in GCP
[x] Bob to provide contact information as we need to place the firewall request through LTSA.
[x] LTSA needs to set up a prod account for us to use - account credentials needed:
[x] Integrator credentials - @RFK250 has, check with him to obtain
[x] My LTSA Credentials - @RFK250 has, check with him to obtain
[x] Give the IP to LTSA
[x] Update the configuration with the LTSA integrator credentials

@doug-lovett @mstanton1 I've clarified the tasks for this ticket - could you please verify if the first two items can be checked off? I think those are blockers to advancing on this ticket.

P.S. @mstanton1 I think I do have that contact information, that's just Henry and Steve and Landsure, correct?

Thor is okay with the gateway implementation. Gateway IP and port to give to LTSA: virtualhost.aliases {bcregistry-prod.apigee.net} virtualhost.ips 35.203.11.173, 34.95.51.121, 34.95.51.122 virtualhost.port 443
