OCM - Start how-to material for SBC staff #11969

SBC Staff conduct certain searches on behalf of clients and in some cases they send paper search requests to 940 on behalf of clients.

As a result, they are a key stakeholder for this product and their staff will require an overview of MVP, as well as a basic guide on how to use the new search product.

Important Note SBC staff are very busy and unable to train extensively between July and September Ample lead time should be planned for in getting them up to speed.
