Note: There are two links in the designs 1) BC Registries Dashboard 2) My PPR/MHR

And we should add a section to that page for PPR/MHR

This is great! Once @Kaineatthelab has reviewed our team can groom. Kaine, can you also provide an idea of how fast you would like to see this implemented? Ideally to fit in grooming it would be targeted for 13.3.

@scott doesn't it need one on the business page too? and staff dashboard so they can see it:) Staff dashboard for quick link to staff info center and cms help page for users?

Next is 13.2 but we will look to set up extra grooming or just groom in sprint planning to get it into 13.2.

Right, if it is more then a 1 then let me know but it shouldn't be, it will help support chg mgt so would be good for all the teams to get it on:)

@forgeuxGH5 @tlebedovich Just a heads up: that we are redesigning some of the gov content pages. Currently, everything is under the modernization pages on the gov website, but people are not making the association between modernization and the products, so going forward, for apps that have been implemented, like PPR, we will migrate content from the modernization pages to the product splash page (or whatever it's called). Links to ALL resources will still be on the "resources" page so it's a complete list but the link to implemented apps will link to the splash page/resources section (like the example above). @gprimeau and the team are also redesigning the resources pg.

@forgeuxGH5 Should we add the link to the PPR resources and 'getting started' resources to the PPR marketing page in the app as well?

I'll get the PROD URL's for the gov pages shortly.

Longer term, we may want to look into managing the help files within the product team, since these help files are to support the use of the product app, which is owned by the product team...I don't think the gov site is the best place in the long term for 'application support files' but good for now.

Not to increase scope too much...but while we're adding help files, could we do something to support 'getting setup and creating an account'?

@trishreimer agreed - I think @Kaineatthelab is going to set up a time for us to chat. We do have a couple of links to the "splash" page from the PPR "marketing" page but we could do better at making it more obvious/helpful for sure. I also agree that, longer term, the applications should handle the application help.

And we do want to improve the account set-up / getting started - there is a ticket somewhere to update that section of the marketing pages - which would only be part of improving that experience - so we should definitely chat about that too.
