API Terms and Conditions #12605

When the PPR API was launched Terms and Conditions were drafted and made available through the API Gateway. Review is required to determine if the existing Terms can be used as is for partners onboarding to the MHR API. Confirmation is required on whether partners who already completed these Terms must do so again to gain access to another API product.

Notes:

current terms are generic so no additional Terms are required if API Terms and Conditions are already signed and on file
current terms specify client will first be provided access in a test environment (requirement: sandbox for MHR even in this limited use instance)

Additional note before closing. To date only SDPR and BC Assessment have expressed a need or interest in pulling data from BCRS. SDPR uses robotic processing for searches as they did in PPR and will require a method to continue. BC Assessment currently receives a file from BC Registries and further discussion is required to determine if they would leverage our API. For SDPR any required agreements would already be in place from when PPR was implemented.
