Results table changes for businesses and owners

Under the Find a Business tab, display the following:

[ ] Set up radio buttons that allow switching between business and owner searches. Keep search criteria if any are present in the search bar and fire off a fresh search when switching between search types.

[ ] ~Separate types of matches within the results table (e.g. corp_num match vs legal name)~(Post MVP due to performance concerns)
[ ] Turn on Solr highlighter for suggestor and results
[ ] Include sorting if handled "out-of-box"
[ ] Include filtering if handled "out-of-box"
[ ] Displaying info icon with hover text next to results that live in old system (all but SP/GP/Coop/Ben)
[ ] Show status as either Active or Historical instead of by specific code (see table below)

MVP assumption: We are inheriting role names from LEAR (Partner or Proprietor)

[x] Are we able to show user name in recently purchased documents?
[x] Show status as either Active or Historical - (don't show the description, just the word 'Active' or 'Historical'
[x] Turn on Solr highlighter for suggestor and results - (not showing for results)

@janisrogers updated in dev for the last 2 checkboxes and will be in test shortly. For the 1st checkbox it already does that right?
