update text for info sessions on bc gov website #12740

Can we create sub headings for this section please?

Under Modernization Updates, can we please add a new section (same formatting as 'stay up to date with changes') to say: Resources and Info Sessions

The title "stay up to date with changes" is not accurate for all topics below so I think we should add another heading to organize the content so it's clear what is included.

Also, please update text: Information Sessions for BC OnLine users to Sign up for an Information Session to learn how to login and create an account - for all users
