@mstanton1 @PatrickAHeath @forgeuxGH5 - missing requirement information:
Questions: 1) Are we creating two versions - a) the standard full colour version without the mailing address information/cover page that appears as a PDF download in the UI tables AND b) a black and white only version with the mailing address cover page just for printing and mailing. Debbie to provide sample of a reprint to determine if it includes signature block.
2) Are we ok to have a separate cover page with mailing address like we do for the BC Mail print/mail versions of the PPR registrations - If so, can we use the same cover letter address template that is used for PPR? Does the address need to be in the same location on the page as the PPR cover page? Yes, the cover page for PPR is ideal. Same placement for address.
3) Does the Attn Ref# need to show in the envelope address window as well? No
4) Do we need to include the address information/phone/fax on the cover letter? Retain location with mailing address from the top, but move to the bottom like Sole Proprietorship outputs. Do not keep the phone/fax in that section. At the bottom name of examiner, phone and fax are currently included. Update phone number to general toll free 1-877-526-1526 and remove fax
5) Are we keeping the title "Verification of Service Manufactured Home Registry" - Or will it be simply "Manufactured Home Registration". Retain Verification of Service Manufactured Home Registry
6) Please provide examples of registration outputs for a Joint Tenancy and also a Tenants in Common - Debbie will provide
7) Where will staff get the printable/mailable versions from if not from the UI table? Currently staff reprint the initial registration and it is picked up by a job and prints on the printer during the next run. A preference would be to be able to reprint and have that automatically print rather than as part of a job

from Patrick: The Document ID is the bar code number that is affixed to the paper document staff receive from the client. In the videos, it’s the first 8 digit number that I entered on the first screen. As long as we’re using the MHR legacy database, we’ll have to continue to use it.
Document Type for Initial Registration is 101. There is a list of valid document types for all the activities that staff perform in the green screens.
Document Registration Number would be the registration number for the activity, similar to how each amendment, discharge or renewal in PPR is assigned a Registration Number.
The MHR Registration Date and Time would be for the initial registration of the home. Document Registration Date and Time would be for the activity of that registration activity.
@tlebedovich Are there any blockers left on this design? Was it just the "verification of service" / "verification of registration statement" issue?
@RFK250 - it's on my to do list this week to complete the work based on what we know. Still some questions about how to display Tenancy and location types but I can layout what we know to-date for review with staff. will ping when its ready for grooming/staff review.

Thanks @tlebedovich ! Thinking out loud a bit here knowing that my goal next sprint is to be able to do the complete process start to finish for staff processing a non-agent application for a TBD location type:
@RFK250 - We don't really need the new Submitting Party header on the cover letter anymore in my designs anymore, because we are including submitting party again at the end of the registration so I will remove it. We can decide where best to put the Attn/Ref number (its a separate item from submitting party mailing address)
Regarding address placement - I had sent an email to @PatrickAHeath requesting photos from staff of a sample envelope and registration print out with measurements so we can test out where to place the mailing address. Waiting to hear back.

@mstanton1 - we can do the Manufacturer version once we do the Manufacturer UI version

look into title/document type label treatment and location (ie do we keep "Verification of Service" with outdated Document Type? or should be do specific main headers for each transaction type) - might be a Scott question. Look at how PPR registration outputs deal with output titles
double check accuracy of UI inputs versus whats on the output (try all different variations)
confirm what information should appear in tombstone
What do to with Attn/Reference or Folio number?? which should be shown in cover letter versus tombstone section
check that postal code is displaying correctly

Design notes: The printed Verification of Service for the new registration and the decal is mailed to the address on output (little envelope holding the decal is stapled to the Verification of Service, it’s folded and stuffed in the envelope with the address in the window) which would be the Submitting Party. No decal/output is mailed to the owner.
For existing registrations yes, the legacy is separated into individual fields including the ones in your screenshot. With new registrations, the LTSA legal description can be parsed into all fields except for meridian and partof, both of which seem to be abbreviations of the legal description. The database size for meridian is 3 characters, for partof it is 10.
