1 year ago @catherinecarlson could you please generate requirements for Lawyers and Notaries / Service Providers for Transfers and then requirements for Manufacturers for Transfers? Once rules are understood could you test as each user type to confirm what we have built and what is missing? Once we understand what needs to be done I can create design tickets.

Epic User Story
As a qualified supplier, I want to be able to easily search and update the MH registry so that I can help my clients quickly and easily buy, sell, transfer and/or exempt their manufactured homes.
User Flow
The following user flow was collected from one user (a qualified supplier, specifically a lawyer/notary) Step 1: Initial information from client Step 2: Obtain copy of contract to buy/sell home Step 3: A series of searches, generally starting with a BC Assessment search and LTSA search, followed by an MHR search (via MH Online), followed by other searches (e.g. tax search, utility search) Step 4: Draft Bill of Sale and Notice of Transfer application in advance Step 5: On closing day, bring client in for an appointment, sign and witness Bill of Sale, and finalize Notice of Transfer in MH Online
