UI Design - Location Types / Legal Description (UI + Outputs)

Updated designs for Location Types including;

• look up and display LTSA string information when verifying a PID
• update LTSA error modal text and contact info (see design comp)
• option to enter legal description manually for Other land - Strata/Non-Strata versions
• Updated fields for Indian Reserves + option to enter legal description manually
• Update Review and Confirm screen view
• Update location types/legal descriptions on PPR registration and PPR/MHR search outputs
• Include "Location Type" in outputs (show N/A for legacy registrations when its unknown)
