Update search release date on PROD websites #13594

bcregistry.gov.bc.ca and the account setup page show end of summer 2022 as our available date. This should be changed to reflect the current date - October 24, 2022

Language to read as follows: Available to use end of October, 2022

In the option to select, the second sentence should be removed (If you select this now ...).

The Tile looks fine for now, but we should build the marketing page for search and then link to it here with a "Go to Business Search" (instead of learn more) like the Go to BC Business Registry does on its tile.
