Create UI: cannot dissolve a bcomp with a Cxxxxxxx id #13697

  1. As BCREG0020, go to https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/C0871172?accountid=2288
  2. Click "Dissolve this Business" button
  3. See error:

I just verified this and it's still happening. Need to groom/estimate and plan into a sprint.
