Service Now Ticket Generation #13701

  1. BN Error messages in the Hub used to automatically create SN tickets. This will be broken effective Oct 24, 2022 as new SP/GP's will not be in the HUB database, as we are not writing back to CPRD.
  2. Our new solution is to send our BN messages to the new BN database (postgres). How are these messages going to be dealt with?

@whelalbc Sorry, I don't know. I've added Wael, he might know. If the tickets are for the home team then ServiceNow. If the tickets are for the modernization team then Zenhub.
