Met with BU and have been provided with their required changes to the BCROS acct structure for staff. I have attached a copy of the excel sheet provided as a guideline for further discussions on how to proceed with the change.
Suggested changes are to have all BCOL help staff to be moved over to their own account. Products they would have access to are listed in the attached spreadsheet. There is also a list of products that BC Reg staff should have access to. This list will need to be reviewed to ensure it is accurate.
There are currently multiple users from various agencies that require some form of staff access.
