Re-generate rules and memorandum for CP1003209/BUS_ID 1065 to include the Certified stamp

@lekshmimallika-aot Hi Lekshmi, would it be possible to re-generate the rules and memorandum for CP1003209/BUS_ID 1065, and see if we could get them to show the Certified stamp?

After 10 months, this Coop finally has a record in the modernization application, CP1003209/BUS_ID 1065, and these two incorporation documents are missing the Certified stamp.

@Mihai-QuickSilverDev There were discussions about this certified copy being available only if a user pays for that. There were plans to remove the certify piece from the filer. So not sure whether this needs to be done at all.

This is a COOP operational issue where Live Incorporation system generated outputs should show the "Certified Copy" text, and they don't. The request for you @lekshmimallika-aot , for this ticket is if you could trigger from your end the re-issuing of the above mentioned outputs, and see if the "Certified Copy" text shows up.

Standard solution here might be to create a notebook so that this could be repeated if needed in the future.
