As a BCorp user, I can file an annual report

Description:

This is a ticket to make the UI of the annual report filing for a bcorp. All data is static, and in the filing, users can see:

• Business Details (dates and offices)
• Directors
• certify

• Given i am logged in as a bcorp, i can file my AR
• UI matches the designs

• [ ] Approved by SMEs / PO

Definition of Done:

No updated designs. Discussed this ticket with Cameron and need Scott approval before moving it to done.

Checked with @forgeuxGH5 (Scott) and he will create 2 tickets for the correct UI as there are some fonts inconsistencies and no big blocker. Moving it to done.
