UI - Build generic warning message component

As a BCOMP, I will be warned that I am out of compliance if i have less than 1 director, and if a CO-OP, less than 3

Description:

In order to display a warning message to the user, we will be building a generic warning component that can be used throughout the system if / when necessary. This warning message will display in different scenarios for different filings and entities. This ticket is to implement warnings based on the NUMBER of directors.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Build a reusable warning message component that can be shown/hidden based on specified criteria
• Allow for customized messages to be displayed depending on the content in which the message is shown to the user
• Message will display when a: BCOMP has less than 1 director CO-OP has less than 3 Directors

Looking at Business Corporations Act and Cooperative Association Act, looks like the sections that address the director requirements are as follows:

Co-op Minimum # of directors: Section 72 majority must be in canada: Section 72 one must be in bc: Section 72

BComp Minimum # of directors: section 120
