Bug - Incorrect link to help from the BC Registries Dashboard #14511

The Registries Application Help link on the BC Registries Dashboard goes to the wrong page image.png

Expected behaviour The link should go to this page image.png Link: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/employment-business/business/managing-a-business/permits-licences/news-updates/modernization-updates/modernization-resources

Impact Users are calling the wrong number for application help resulting in additional time, costs, and frustration for Registries and our users.

Putting this in the Asset board for now since I don't know of any other handling for pan-team issues. This is a gap in our process we should address.

We may want to remove the BC Reg toll free number from the footer(s) and point to this page as well. Thoughts?

@trishreimer I believe the footer change and link change will be in different repos. There were two other tickets referencing footer that appear to have some duplication. I'd suggest review to determine if either of those are needed (4725, 14514) and then including footer changes in one of those.

As far as this change, I can have my team groom and add to the sprint as discussed but you'd mentioned that CMS changes are needed, and I imagine the page should be updated before we link to it. Can you please tag me in this ticket when those changes are complete? If they require Gen please let me know. She's fully allocated so hopefully Maribeth is able to address them?

What repos are these footers in? Who can I talk to about getting tix created to update the footer in these repos?

Ideally, we'd like the footer to point to this page or staff will keep getting calls.
