Download All button throwing an error Intermittently when clicked #14692

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login to dev https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/account/2079/business?accountid=2079
  2. Open any entity type
  3. Go to documents section
  4. Click on download all
  5. See an error

I am able to consistently replicate this in dev as staff and a user on the alteration correction document for https://dev.bcregistry.ca/business/BC0871277?accountid=2983

Firms: All download buttons work. Coops: All download buttons all work. For numbered and named BEN, CCC I was unable to file a correction on a ULC to test the download button : IA, Alteration, director change all download buttons work. Correction - Alteration and download all do not work.
