Assumed that all components are converted to the compostion-api and the vuex store is replaced by composables.

Vue 3 config/etc. (follow migration guide)
remove vue 2 composition imports
upgrade to Vuetify 3.x (styling/html structure will need changes across most components)
update vue-test-utils and existing test suite (all tests will need to be updated)
