NAMEX - NAME EXAMINER EXAMINED NR, NO PAYMENT RECEIVED FOR NAME REQUEST #15542

We had an ops ticket, were an NR that did not process a payment was examined. are we able to investigate if the code even allows this, or was this a blip in the night.

we should let NAMES Team know of any findings.

NR 9726749 It seems something wrong when first creating payments record in namex. I could not reproduce the issue. The coding flow looks good to me. The investigation need more information from the client..
