Description:

Given I am logged in and have clicked on change directors from my dashboard When I want to choose a date that is different then the current date Then I want to be able to choose a historical date that doesn't impact any filing as it could cause a correction.

Testing Notes QA to work with Kial to add the suite of coops needed to validate all director appointment/cessation scenarios in DEV. Estimated 10 hours of effort for QA + 5 hous for a developer.
