I'm fairly confident this issue has existed for some time, so I tagged this with Priority 2. In my opinion, this doesn't block April 24th deployment from Test to Prod.
I just testing this again with a new Coop IA.
So this is actually a reproducible bug.
Describe the bug in the current situation When the user tries to File for the CP Filing and upon hitting on File and Pay the error dialog shows up.
