Receipt showing wrong amount when paid with staff account. #16422

Describe the bug in the current situation When the staff Login and click on Incorporate a New Benefit Company and when the staff clicks on the No Fee option then after the successful filing then the generated Receipt shows $350.00

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/'
  2. log in as SBC Staff
  3. Click on "My Staff Registry Dashboard"
  4. Click on Incorporate A New BC Benefit Company
  5. Complete the filing and click on No Fee option.
  6. After the Filing is complete on the Dashboard open the receipt.
  7. The Receipt shows $350 fee

This may be resolved alongside the ticket Hongjing is working on.
