Unable to click on the same as Delivery same as Mailing addresses while adding the Businesses and Corporation. #16521

Describe the bug in the current situation When the user tries to Add a Business or Corporation for an SP/GP Filing then while. completing the addresses then the Deliver same as Mailing Addresses button is not clickable.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.edit.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/FM1103103/change?accountid=596'
  2. Try to Add Business Or Corporation
  3. Now try clicking on Deliver addresses same as Mailing addresses.
  4. Notice that the check box isn't clickable

We shouldn't have this box be unclickable here without prompting with an error.
