Create new BCROS staff account for BCOL Help Desk. #16790

Currently there are 2 staff account types in BCROS, 1 used for BC Registries, BCOL Admin, BCOL help desk staff and one for SBC Service agents . All staff have for the most part the same access when in fact not all staff require this access.

Due to the recent announcements regarding the organization, other areas maybe added to this acct., ie. IDIM, BCOL Admin. recommend to create new GOVM acct with read only.

Met with BU, they will be providing a detailed list of what the roles of staff members should be.

@seeker25 , Can staff currently add comments into BCROS? If so, is it ALL staff or which group.

Updated requirements to include adding ability for BCOL help staff to be able to add comments in BCROS.

Confirmed with Megan which staff should be on the new acct. They are located here;

@JohnamLane Megan is confirming with Dwayne's team what the contract with BCOL Help desk staff states as to the tasks they are actually allowed to do.

To be re-estimated based on just cutting a new account for BCOL HD. A basic set of staff access can be granted to that account.

@JohnamLane Megan is asking where we are at with this ticket. I thought we had everything?

@pstemkens @ethantspitt I believe this ticket needs to be revised to remove all of the draft/analysis so that all that remains are the steps to implement. From what I understand, we are able to create a new GVOM account for BCOL HD staff members to use. We cannot implement the read-only aspect across all of the other apps though - that is owned by each of the teams such as Assets, Entities, and non-reg partners. Those apps must detect the new staff account and chose to adjust their flow (if they want to and if they have time.)
