UI Design - Non-Residential Exemption #16826

Description (Hypothesis): As a registered owner / buyer / landlord / executor / administrator I would like to submit an exemption application form so that the registration status of a home can be changed to 'exempt'.

Certificate of exemption is issued as an output.

Tax clearance certificate or confirmation of taxes owing is provided. No PPR liens.

Acceptance Criteria Registration status changed to exempt. Certificate is generated and available for print or email by qualified provider. Tax clearance cert can be uploaded???. Request made to Service BC but executed by MHR staff.
