Display NR data in Incorporation step 1 #1716

Story

As a user I want my Name Request information to display in Step 1 of 1

Description:

This ticket is to use real NR data in the incorporation application, Step 1.

Scenarios

Scenario 1: ___ GIVEN I am in the Incorporation filing WHEN I am on step 1 THEN I see the information from my Name request in step 1 of 1 with the status of approved

Scenario 2: ___ GIVEN WHEN THEN

Need to consume NR after incorp Need to block NR for other use when FED etc...

I think sub-task #2466 is done for now. (We may want to look into Search NR in the future.)

I'm not sure is sub-task #2467 is complete. Please ask Peter or Ody or Lekshmi to look into it. Basically, trying to file an invalid NR should generate an error.

I'm pretty sure #2545 still needs to be implemented. This is to check for the validity of the NR while the user is still in Create UI and alert them (and block them) if the NR is now invalid.
