ITOP's would like to have a link to the entity dashboard added to the Main screen of the BCROS Admin page below the Business Summary link.

The doc didn't show anything related to the entity dashboard (Filings UI), so I think this is strictly an Auth Web ticket?

Yup, this is related to some work Vysakh already did (Administrative BN) - we can probably take it on though
