BA - work with direct deposit clients to confirm which BCROS accounts should get EFT flag added. #18002

in the old world, EFT is called Direct Deposit. We want anyone that tops up their account using direct deposit today to be able to pay via EFT in the future.

Communications planned and their audiences:

[X] 1. Awareness email - all clients who paid with Direct Deposit in the past and/or have those BCOL accounts linked in the new system.

[ ] 2. Design sign off and implementation timeline - to all large agencies we've met with 1-on-1

[ X] 3. Requesting list of EFT accounts that should get the flag in the new world - everyone that used Direct Deposit

I have reviewed the list of BCOL accounts from the link above and have created a new spreadsheet that: Has all of the BCOL account that top up their accts with direct deposit and I have also identified the BCOL accounts that currently have a BCROS account with BCOL as their payment method. These accounts are highlighted in yellow on the spreadsheet.
