MBR - Alert is wrong when list is filtered by status #18166

Describe the bug in current situation Alert is wrong when list is filtered by status (other filters do not seem to have this problem)

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'My Business Registry' (I was logged on with BCREG0040)
  2. Look at alert on Salt Spring Gallery of Fine Art Cooperative (orange icon - not in good standing)
  3. Filter table to show only active status
  4. Look at alert on Salt Spring Gallery of Fine Art Cooperative (red icon - NR expired)

Expected behavior Alert does not change when table is filtered
