GIVEN that a filing is made for a SPECIAL RESOLUTION WHEN the filing is completed THEN the type of resolution is stated in the ledger

In grooming it was discovered that there isn't a technically clean means of re-labelling these filings when their filing names match. For example, when the filing history loads all of the SRs will have the same filing name. The UI will then need to pull the JSON for each of the filings to determine what has changed, then update the filing name to suit. This effort will not result in new filing names in the database, so this will not support stats/metrics directly.

I propose that if nuance is required among these changes then new filings be established.

@danaannab @ethantspitt I can't attend tomorrow's meeting, but can you please get OK from the business to not do this change unless they actually change the filing names? Moving to icebox for now.

Business agreed to collect data on how useful this will be once the citizens and staff start using the modernised app for CSR and Corrections. We will revisit in the future.
