During the Retrospective Session we all agreed on the takeaways as an action point for the team .

What went well?

• Release - 3rd party access. • Travis was super cool and fast to respond. • Some of well-defined tickets with designs ready • Hrvoje and Travis' efforts on 3rd party access - and Hrvoje's pull-through on last minute requirement of not showing staff in authorized accounts to request access from • Prepping responses to interested parties - lots of those coming in. • lots of good dev chats • Meeting some team members in person • Flow of tickets • Team Collaboration

Async Brainstorming & actions to take.
Issue Action Owner • cypress tests aren't consistently passing Needs spike to address it Dev/ Ticket need to address it • some figma designs were conflicting PO/ UI to address it (Scott was quick to respond though) • some tickets were underestimated Team needs to improve on est. Dev Team • Mismatch between US & Wireframe requirements validation points are diff in wireframes/ user story UX and PO

These action points and have been assign owners, as we improve as a team and adapt. These suggestions are geared to improving our velocity and quality of work and measure its effects on our next iteration. Thank you for being part of the journey so far. I will appreciate any feedback and any other opinion that was added. Happy Holidays team
