This'll be the page after the "Start Dissolution Process" button is clicked.

Keep in mind, the backend hasn't been implemented yet. So, for now, we'll just be implementing the skeleton for the UI with no actual functionalities for the job running.

Confirmed with Dylan: the schedule is now set to Tue, Wed, and Thu at 12:15 a.m. The max batch size is 600. I've updated the Figma file to reflect these changes.

Tested this on both Dev and Test environments. Since this is not enabled on Test, Staff User cannot see this option. Compared the UI with the Figma designs and looks as expected.
