- how do we store judgement information (new table?)
- updates to PPR search logic
- updates to PPR search outputs for new type and additional information
- updates to controls for amendment, renewal, discharge
- update registration and outputs to include judgement information
- API endpoint with restricted access for statistics (potentially able to be handled by data lake)
