BA - Coordinate Updates to fee codes for any MHR Job Aides

A few MHR Fees were being charged in a manner that didn't align with what was in regulation. Changes were approved under RAID 282 and are summarized below. A review of existing quick guides is required to identify any changes to be made. Note, the only expected changes to launched functionality are for unit notes.

Use $15.00 fee for Confidential Note (NCON) Previously Zero Use $15.00 fee for Public Note (NPUB) Previously Zero Use $15.00 fee for Restraining Order (REST) Previously Zero Use $20.00 fee for Continuation of Caution Previously Zero MUST COLLECT - Explicit in Regulation Use $15.00 fee for Extension of Caution Previously Zero Use $15.00 fee to revert a MHR civic location to an address from prior to transport permit because no move took place Previously Zero Use $25.00 fee to move a manufactured home within the same park Previously Zero for staff filings and 25.00 in BC Online. Policy interpret the regulations as requiring a transport permit which is included in the fee schedule Use $15.00 fee to update MHR civic location because a transport permit location was incorrect Previously Zero Use $15.00 fee to add addition to a home (update "Other Information" box) Previously Zero Use $15.00 fee to combine two homes Previously Zero

@fareenr are you able to provide a link to the quick guide for unit notes for staff? Are there any other documents that should be reviewed that might include fee amounts.

We don't usually refer to specific fees in the user guides. The most important part is that the MHR Fees webpage will need to be updated: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/housing-tenancy/owning-a-home/manufactured-home-registry#forms-fees

When is the effective date of this fee update?

Thank you @fareenr . The impact is specific to MRH Notices. On the Staff quick link I quickly reviewed the document titled "MHR Notices including Notice of Caution, Continuation, Cancellation, Tax Sale & Redemption and Decal Replacement – Staff Guide" and as noted it doesn't contain MHR Fees so no updates are needed.

I will move this to done. We have a final ticket (#19645) which will involve review of the CMS site fees.
