Scenario 1:
AS an SP Firm Owner in British Columbia
WHEN I proceed with registering my firm
AND I am the firm's proprietor as a physical person
THEN the firm will register its own business address
AND I will register my physical address as the proprietor's address
Scenario 2:
AS an SP Firm Owner in British Columbia
WHEN I proceed with registering my firm
AND I am the firm's proprietor as a British Columbia Corporation registered in BC Registries
THEN the firm will register its own business address
AND I will register my BC corporation address as the proprietor's address
Note:
For this scenario, the firm record could be linked to the corporation record, and automatically have access to the corporation addresses.
A complication for this approach would be corporations that would not move to BCROS anytime soon (Societies, etc.). For these such a link would have to be between BCROS and COLIN, which we don't know if it's possible.
@davemck513 Final decision required on this approach. @argush3
Scenario 3:
AS an SP Firm Owner in British Columbia
WHEN I proceed with registering my firm
AND I am the firm's proprietor as an outside of British Columbia Corporation
OR I am the firm's proprietor as a British Columbia corporation which is not required to register with BC Registries
THEN the firm will register its own business address
AND I will register my corporation address as the proprietor's address
Note:
As they are not part of the BC Register, are we creating shadow records for these corporations?
If we are creating these shadow records, should we also link the firm's record to these records, in order to automatically extract the addresses?
Also, maintenance should be available for these shadow records, probably by IT Ops tickets.
