Investigate what's needed for more frequent releases

Given what we currently know about performing a release (to Test and then Prod), what do we require to be able to do a release twice a week or even every day?

Considerations:

creating release ticket (with actions and their status)
creating release report (with all relevant tickets tagged to it)
GitHub releases (with list of commits + tagging)
asking teams about release content and preparedness
letting teams know about release progress
getting QA permission to go to Test
getting QA (and PO?) permission to go to Prod
approving Test and Prod Github CD actions
should we still have one designated person (rotating schedule) to monitor the above?
anything else not listed above
