Name translations will be migrated to the alternate names table.

As such, name translation data will also be returned under alternateNames list in the GET /business response.

TODOs

[ ] Verify businesses that have name translations have been migrated correctly to alternate names in db
[ ] Verify name translations returning as expected in alternateNames list in GET /business response
