Note for Scenario 1: We are going to make a distribution list for all parties involved that need to know about this topic. Check with Dev if we can refund the full amount or only the difference Ethan P to prepare both scenarios for design walk through

Note for Scenario 2: @ethantspitt if you can think of a way to demonstrate the overpayment other than a horizontal bar, please bring your idea to me.

Note for Scenario 3: Client View: Request Refund SBC Finance View: Approve/Reject view Show all refunds (approved and rejected) in subsequent screen Give space to put in reason for rejection of refund Complete refund button process for associating refund with supplier record begins

Note Scenario 4: There should be a button for staff to reverse and then unlink payment When reversing a payment there should be a modal that shows the SBC staff that they need to send an email notifying the client of the mistake made Worst Case Scenario: Client pays for BCROS A/C A but SBC Finance applies payment to BCROS A/C# B this is an error, we need a way to refund BCROS A/C A and unlink BCROS A/C B. Also a way to request that the client makes the payment again right away, because otherwise BCROS A/C A will go into overdue and might get suspended. BCROS A/C B might be overpaid, so the funds will be reversed.

Scenario 5: No Notes so far
