No updates to Update-Colin-filings for over 5 months. Spoke with Darcy about this. She said that the error message COLIN seems to be misleading. It complains about an empty field that she said isn't empty when shes looks in the DB. The data from BCROS is being copied to COLIN correctly as far as she can tell. There was an update to COLIN-API on Feb 15.
Problem has been resolved, will put on hold till it reoccurs, if it doesnt reoccur in the next three months, we can close.

We had another instance of this EP company change of name filing in COLIN having difficulty consuming the NR that the client was using just today. We started looking at the history of the filing and found that the last successful filing of this type that used an NR happened on February 15, 2024. Were there any changes made to Name Request or NAMEX around this time? What has been the release schedule for Name Request and NAMEX in general.
I am asking because, from what we’re seeing, the consume NR function in COLIN was working all the way up to February 15th, then stopped. Thayne had a look at the code on our side and none of the work we have done correlates, timeline-wise, with this function ceasing to work. There are no changes from mid-February 2024 on our side.
Please investigate what may have broken after February 15th when we started to see errors in COLIN. see ops ticket for screenshots.
