Please describe what analysis is needed

I would like to request a new MHR Qualified Supplier report to be developed, so that Registries staff can have an idea of the qualified supplier and the OCM team will need this information for the next MHR QS release communications planned for April. I believe the MHR staff team may need this report to be run on a monthly basis. The report result would show only MHR Qualified Supplier accounts and need the following fields: • BC ROS Account number • Account name • City/State • Province • Country • First contact name • First contact email address • Qualified Supplier access type (manufacturer, home dealer or lawyer/notary) • If possible, date the QS agreement was accepted by the end user (eg. 2024-03-02 ) The last 2 fields are new fields added to BCROS on 29-Feb-2024 which Doug Lovett or Travis Semple may be able to help you identify in the BCROS database.

@gprimeau I would add that I am requesting this on behalf of Sharon Merlino (MHR team) and Arlen Tees (BC ROS Product owner) for the next Qualified Supplier release.

The hard deadline is dependent on the next Qualified Supplier release for transfers and transport permits which is slated for mid-April. If I could have the report by April 8 or earlier if possible, that would really help to prepare the email distribution list and identify impacted parties, so that they can be notified of new functionality coming.

Please save the query to get this report as this may be needed by the MHR staff on a monthly basis, so that they can see all the qualified suppliers for future communications with their users.
