Add new tile for Business and Person search
Use picture from existing search tile

@JohnamLane @arlentees can you confirm which of your teams currently manage this page? When we do this work we will be creating a new tile that won't appear in PROD because nobody in PROD will have that product code. We want to know which of your teams would do the review:)
